Once he has the Favorite Metamagic Mythic Ability there will be nothing stopping applying the metamagic to every single applicable spell. WebIf a metamagic gives a higher spell slot to a spell as you said, no problem, you'll just have that metamagic toggle automatically disabled since you can't cast spells that high.
