JMB, The WW2 period markings are correctly described, however, there is one marking which is typically seen on WW1 manufactured scabbards, which could suggest that your scabbard was in fact manufactured during WW1, and the locket and chape were subsequently replaced with WW2 coded hardware, and that the scabbard's leather was refinished at the factory of Barrow, Hepburn & Gale during WW2.
